Bassam Ftouh the beauty expert is related to the world of fashion and beauty ,
after opening several beauty centers in Gulf region (KSA , Dubai , Qatar) in
the last 2 years he managed to launch his special cosmetics and succeeded to
compete the European cosmetics.
He doesn’t like to be called the first Arab beauty expert to launch cosmetics named after him but he is pleased with what his cosmetics has achieved by being a trademark saying that he is honored to be Arabic only , he dealt with a lot of celebrities in Lebanon also Served as the official spokesman, as (Clarence cosmetic group)in the Middle East, in 2008.
Ftouh said that he doesn’t believe in make up rules as there are styles and different colors for different faces considering make up a language that deals with women beauty , like all the work that need to be calm to be done make up also needs this as faces differ with different women , circle face for example needs colors to highlight its beauty and softness , colors must fit its nature while eyes start from lashes and all the coloring and shaping energies should be used to highlight its beauty.
He said that time taken for eyes make up is longer than that taken for the entire face while the third element is discovering the coordination between the shape of mouth and the language of eyes.
He added that the cheeks , under the chin and the brows are the entire frame of the face that should be taken care of without changing the outside look of the face , that frame is the real link between all the elements of make up without facing facial deformity that plastic surgery sometimes causes.
He added that daily make up is important including face powder , lipstick , daily cleansing of the face besides using creams , lotions and sunblocks , he added that women doesn’t know what is the best in the shape of her face which needs study and tips to make her know about the points of strength of her face beauty as if she failed to know them she may face some depression .
Bassam Ftouh dealt with a lot of celebrities like Najwa Karam , Elissa , Haifa Wahby , Yara and he managed to help them have different styles and newlooks all the time , Haifa is the closest face to Ftouh also Elissa who was committed with DAR FTOUH since its launch.
